image This is not your standard gym, and it will change your mind on what you should expect. The trainers here are amazing at pushing an entire group of people through a set that pushes you to your limits, and makes you believe you can do better. This is definitely a gym for people of all experience and fitness levels.

image This is my home gym since day 1 of opening & I love it. Always clean & I personal train in kickboxing with Jordan. He's an excellent trainer that makes you feel comfortable & pushes you to do your best!!! My improvements are full credit to him & his detailed training sessions.

image If you ever decide to take boxing classes or personal training at the Palm Beach Gardens CRUNCH make sure that you DO NOT get ROBERT LINEBAUGH as your trainer. For 3 months I was charged for boxing classes for which I had no idea I was paying for because I had told my trainer I could NOT AFFORD the classes anymore and needed to stop boxing. I was charged a total of $960 dollars for a service that ROBERT LINEBAUGH did not provide. I payed for over 10 boxing sessions and attended 0 because my trainer decided to not remind/informe me about these payed classes and continue to get paid without doing absolutely nothing. ROBERT had told me my account will be put on freeze and will not be charged until I DECIDE TO UNFREEZE IT, he lied to my face and then acted like he had informed me of the reactivation. I WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED.
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY:
I DID NOT MISS ANY SESSIONS because no sessions where ever scheduled. The management that you talked to has refused to even speak with me about this matter or even set up an appointment with me and the trainer Robert. The agreement contract that I signed was blank when I signed because the trainer Robert did not fill it up before making me sign it. No dates were stated and now that I have the copy of it I see that there is no year on any of these dates. Also the agreement clearly states the freeze will last up to 3 months but Robert activated my account with 2 months without any consent or notice. If you want people to follow the agreement make sure your employees are informing and doing their job well, rather than trying to scam a graduate student. The manager that you talked to has refused to listen to my situation which is why I will write bad reviews about this situation until I can speak with a supervisor that is willing to listen to my situation.
I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE AND MY MATTER HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED NOR RESOLVED.
